Telescoping Extends to 21 1/2"..
Mount one end inside the Hood or Trunk compartment and the other end to the Hood or Trunk.
Prop-up the trunk or hood and determine the placement, with the support in the up and locked position.
If you do not want to drill holes through the hood or trunk, fiberglass in a piece of plywood at the mounting location and use wood screws to fasten the top of the support.
